In the middle of the night on May 12, 2012, two Delta Airlines mechanics were doing a static test of the engines on a Boeing 737. While the engines were being run up, with the mechanics running operating the plane from the cockpit, the brakes failed and the 737 rolled off of the tarmac and down a hill. Can you imagine the call to the boss that the mechanics had to make?!?!
