Glenn Hammond was an excellent City of Phoenix prosecutor who partnered with the Phoenix Police Department Liquor Enforcement Squad. I drew this cartoon when he left city employment for the private sector job in another city. In this cartoon I depicted Glenn as a fighter ace flying a WWII era P-51 Mustang fighter. The names on the side of the plane are the various problem liquor establishments that he helped shut down.
NOTE: Several years ago I visited Glenn. He had this cartoon framed and displayed on his office wall. That was cool to see.
