Glenn Hammond was an excellent City of Phoenix prosecutor who partnered with the Liquor Enforcement Squad. I drew this cartoon when he left the city for the private sector.
In this cartoon I depicted Glenn as a fighter ace flying a WWII era P-51 Mustang fighter. The names on the side of the plane are the various problem liquor establishments that he helped shut down.
In recent years I visited Glenn in his office and he had this framed cartoon hanging on his wall.
