Motorcycle Officer Jay Scott was at a high school giving a motorcycle driving demonstration to the student body who were watching from the grandstands. While in front of that crowd, he laid down (wrecked) his motorcycle. Of course, his squad mates were delighted by this and promptly called me to ask me to draw a cartoon about it.
