After Tom Tardy retired from the Phoenix Police Department, he started an IT company. The company, GingerSec, has been a success. Tom has contracts and employees all over the country. Several years ago he moved to the Washington DC area to facilitate his wife’s career. When he left Phoenix his employees had a party for him. I drew this cartoon which was blown up into a poster and presented to Tom.
NOTE: The company name has important meaning. “Ginger” refers to Tom’s red hair, which his is immensely proud of. “Sec” refers to security because originally Tom was doing cyber security. But the company soon began providing a full line of IT products and services.
