Officer Steve Butler (Retired) spent much of his police career at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport where he enjoyed the abundance of restaurants in the terminals. One evening, there was a bomb scare at the airport and part of Terminal 4 was shut down. Steve just so happened to be the officer to secure the main food court area of the terminal. Coincidence? I think not.
