There was short period of time at the end of CJ’s police career when he couldn’t carry a firearm because he didn’t pass his annual firearms qualification. During that brief time CJ endured the expected teasing from his co-workers. This cartoon was my contribution to the teasing of CJ. The good news was that within a couple weeks, CJ was carrying his departmental firearm again.
