Several years ago I was an Honorary Commander at Luke Air Force Base assigned to the 56th Security Forces Squadron. During my two years being associated with Luke AFB I found out that USAF pilots have something called “spirit flights”…which is another way of saying pilots pulling pranks while they’ve been drinking. One of the spirit flights that I observed was that a group of pilots “relocated” an F-16 display tail fin, which is usually in front of the commanding general’s office, to their squadron bar. I drew this cartoon to commemorate that.
