The Hector International Airport in Fargo, ND, is built on farm land. When livestock or farm machinery block the taxiways, flight delays happen.
NOTE: My in-laws live in central Minnesota. After many years of flying from Arizona to Minnesota, I finally figured that it was much easier to fly into Fargo, rather than flying into Minneapolis. The Fargo airport is small, quiet and fast to get out of. The Minneapolis airport is chaos. I avoid it as much as I can.
