Detective CJ Wren was once called into the police department’s Communications Bureau to look at a possible threat to their facility. While parking his car, walking across the parking lot and entering the building, CJ parked observed that there seemed to be a large number of cats hanging around. He inquired about the cats and found out the dispatchers were feeding stray neighborhood cats. Later, when speaking to the Communications Bureau administrator, CJ told him that in his professional opinion there was no serious threat to the employees, but they had other “issues” (the cats) that they needed to be concerned about.
