This is how I envisioned Rich DeGraw being featured in a stained glass window. Notice the right hand three fingers on the left forearm. This is an east coast symbol of “on the arm” I.e. something being free or something one needn’t pay for. It can also mean that a situation is being taken care of…no need to worry about it. “Forget about it…” Rich is especially adept at this symbology.
