Even though Rich DeGraw is retired from his law enforcement career, he is still very connected to police departments in various cities. He often hosts dinners with police managers. This fact, combined with the fact that Rich grew up on the east coast and attended Catholic schools, I like to poke fun at him for having the status near the level of a Catholic bishop with our Good Lord.
Note: Rich still has scars on his knuckles from Sister Mary Francis’ ruler which proves his quality Catholic education and his subsequent exalted status within the Holy Roman Church…
